When I was at the Lizzie Borden House, I had looked up where to get a good cup of coffee in town & discovered there was a place a few buildings over called Miss Lizzie's Coffee. Just had to pay a visit & to my great surprise the place has just as intense & dark of a history with the Borden family & is quite haunted! 👻☕️
It was in the basement of this very location where Lizzie's great aunt Eliza Borden, for whatever reason, drown her two children Holder & Eliza Ann in the cistern & then proceeded to slit her own throat!
I was not aware of that & upon this discovery it really does make you wonder if there is something otherworldly attached to that area &/or family.
That all by itself would be reason enough to make this place a must add to your spooky bucket list. Yet, as an avid coffee drinker I must say they really know their stuff & are very passionate about their craft. For we Italians know what a great coffee is supposed to be. Molto bella 🤌
