The ghost of "Jenny". She had lived in a shack near the railroad tracks in Harpers Ferry & one day while warming up by the fire her clothes caught ablaze. While in a panic she ran outside for help & sadly onto the tracks, where she was struck by an oncoming train & killed instantly. Since then there have been multiple reports of people hearing screams & witnessing the phantom of Jenny as a ball of fire on the tracks, usually during the anniversary of her death.
