The site of the single bloodiest day in American history & one of the best preserved battlefields in the country, Antietam certainly has no shortage of activity. There have been reports of phantom screams, gunfire & drums as well people thinking they were watching reenactors only to find out were apparitions as they suddenly vanished. The energies are very heavy & hard not to obtain a powerful sense of the gravity of what took place there, even 160 years later.
